These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Titan Offshore LLC ("Titan Offshore," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.
Titan Offshore provides commercial marine services including, but not limited to: vessel acquisition and disposition, offshore asset operations, marine equipment procurement and resale, vessel chartering, and related advisory services. Specific service terms are governed by individual written agreements between Titan Offshore and its counterparties.
All vessel sales, charter agreements, equipment transactions, and service arrangements are governed by separately executed written agreements specific to each transaction. These Terms do not modify or supersede the terms of any individual transaction agreement.
Payment terms are specified in individual transaction agreements. We accept wire transfers, credit card payments through approved payment processors, and other payment methods as agreed. All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titan Offshore's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the counterparty for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Titan Offshore LLC engages in business-to-business commercial transactions involving marine vessels, offshore equipment, and related services. The following policy applies to all transactions unless explicitly modified by a separately executed written agreement.
All vessel sales, equipment sales, and service transactions are final upon completion of payment and delivery, unless otherwise specified in the underlying transaction agreement. Vessels and equipment are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS" unless explicitly warranted in writing.
Refunds for advisory and consulting services may be considered on a case-by-case basis where services have not yet been substantially performed. Requests for service refunds must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service initiation.
Any dispute regarding a payment or transaction should be raised in writing within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Unresolved disputes are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in the applicable transaction agreement.
For credit card transactions, counterparties retain whatever chargeback rights are provided by their card issuer. We request that counterparties contact us directly before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method when reasonably possible. Wire transfer refunds typically process within 5-7 business days. Credit card refunds typically appear on statements within 5-10 business days.
